Buckingham County acreage sold

Snipes Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 22+ acres in Buckingham County. Representing buyers from Fredericksburg, Matt Barber identified dozens of potential sites to which the couple could retire. After nearly a full year of negotiating, title work, road maintenance agreements, etc., the happy couple closed escrow in mid-April 2011.
