Snipes Properties represented the seller of a 164+-acre timber/recreation tract in central Fluvanna County. The buyer is an equestrian who intends to manage the timber for income, and trail riding in conjunction with the adjacent Deep Run Hunt Club. The sale price was $3,100 per acre.
