Carter Snipes
(2010 Emerald Award Winner/ 2010 Dominion Commercial Award Winner) Mr. Snipes has over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing. Previous experience includes managing a large residential brokerage office for one of the top national franchise groups. He also was Marketing Manager for The History Channel in New York overseeing several national advertising assignments prior to his entrance into Real Estate. He currently oversees our Land Development projects and our Multi-Family and Investor Sales Team. He is the co-founder of Rapport, a community service group for Richmond Real Estate Professionals. He also co-founded Roll2Rebuild, an annual fund-raising gala for local housing charities. He has done work for the Resource Development Committee for ElderHomes a local charity that works to provide assistance to the elderly and disabled. In 2009 he was awarded the Ruby Award from the Richmond Association of Realtors, which is their highest annual award. He was also selected by the Virginia Association of Realtors for the Virginia Leadership Academy, which is a select group of 20 Real Estate leaders chosen statewide.

Timea Harisova
Ms. Harisova has been with Snipes Properties since its inception. She is currently the Director of Operations overseeing our Property Management division.  Her previous experiences include working for a custom home builder, and a residential land developer. In addition, she has managed a large investment portfolio or beach front rental properties. She brings over 8 years of industry experience to our team and considers real estate a passion, not just a career. She is a native of Slovakia and brings a distinctive European flair to our office. She has called Richmond home for the past 8 years.

Mark Tompkins
Mark has been with the Snipes team since the beginning and is one of the founding associates. Having worked with Carter at a previous real estate company, he was part of the core group that helped to formulate the vision for our full-service boutique concept. He has helped us achieve many of the milestones of the firm, including  our being one of the Top 10 Teams in Richmond by number of transactions. As our Leasing & Relocation Manager, he has overseen the record growth of the property management portfolio. Mark specializes in working with relocation clients, educating first-time home buyers and working with builders. He also has built up significant experience with creative financing strategies like seller financing and lease/options.

Amy Stallings
Amy brings a unique charm and warmth to her client relationships. She has been in real estate just over 4 years, and has quickly achieved success and is collaborating  on some exciting projects through her association with Walker Row Partnership, a leading historic tax credit developer in the Richmond area.  Currently she is overseeing operations of the Hippodrome Theater and Taylor Mansion. The project is revitalizing a key corridor in the Jackson Ward historic district. The Hippodrome was one of Richmond's landmark turn of the century theaters which fell into disrepair during the 70's and 80's. But is now set to re-emerge as one of the city's premier entertainment venues. The Taylor Mansion which sits adjacent to the "Hipp", has been transformed, through Amy's energy and passion, into a destination dinning experience, called Mansion Five26

David Cochran
David's goals are to continue to provide quality real estate services including; appraisals, sales, design, and construction. Having grown up and worked in a family of a residential home builders, he has enjoyed a career working with the various clients, professionals and trades involving construction and Real Estate. This lifetime of experience leaves him with a wealth of knowledge. He continues to expand his overall knowledge of the Real Estate industry as a whole and continues to operate by the personal standards he always follows, including integrity, experience, loyalty, and kindness.

Tara Semtner
Tara is a licensed Realtor and has a background as an architect. She is the Snipes Team resident short sale expert and certified distressed property specialist. She brings focus, dedication and attention to detail to her practice. Check out some of her client testimonials here.

Simone Warmolts
Simone has been a Realtor and Investor since 2007. He specializes in historic rehab and investment properties. He has been with the firm for several years and has knack for finding off-market deals for his investor clients.
