25mi to C-ville and 40mi to Short Pump, Barbersville includes over 100 acres of rolling farmland, with 70 acres in hardwoods and 30 acres open. The main house, built in 1879 by the Masons, sits on a hill overlooking Virginia’s first designated scenic river, the Rivanna. There is an additional cottage on the property for guests or tenants.
