Snipes Properties selected as REO Agent for VHDA.

In July, Snipes was selected to help represent VHDA in representation of its REO portfolio for the Richmond Metro Area. Our team works closely with their Asset Manager and REO Manager for the region. Our REO Specialists carefully prepare a BPO (Broker Price Opinions) for each property. Then we utilize our Property Management division to ensure the property is maintained and shows well. Finally, we put our Web 2.0 Marketing expertise and deep local contacts to work to reach potential buyers and investors in the marketplace. Because we offer a true 360 degree approach we deliver results and service to Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers and our local Bank Clients that other REO Brokers cannot.
