Who we are

Snipes Properties is a boutique real estate agency comprised of a small team of experienced local residential and commercial real estate professionals. Ranked as one of the top residential sales teams by the Richmond Association of Realtors, and listed as one of the area’s top 20 commercial real estate firms by Richmond Bizsense. Our boutique approach has truly set us apart from the competition. Our development arm led by our co-founder, Carter Snipes, primarily focuses on projects in the Richmond market including historic tax credit rehab, multifamily investments and infill development.
