Who we are

Snipes Properties is a boutique real estate agency comprised of a small team of experienced local residential and commercial real estate professionals. Our boutique approach has truly set us apart from the competition. Our development arm led by our co-founder, Carter Snipes, primarily focuses on projects in the Richmond market including historic tax credit rehab, multifamily investments and infill development.
